Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers.
  • Present customer purchasing options including financing.
  • Actively follow up on all sales leads and customer requests
  • Provide a world-class customer experience with every interaction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (Preferred)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service.
  • Some college or technical school education is preferred.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.

Work Conditions:

Compensation

  • Comfort Advisors earn $20 per hour, plus are eligible to earn commissions. Depending on skill level and work performance, the average pay range for Comfort Advisors with 1-3 years of experience is 100k-300k.
