Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers.
- Present customer purchasing options including financing.
- Actively follow up on all sales leads and customer requests
- Provide a world-class customer experience with every interaction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service.
- Some college or technical school education is preferred.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.

Compensation
- Comfort Advisors earn $20 per hour, plus are eligible to earn commissions. Depending on skill level and work performance, the average pay range for Comfort Advisors with 1-3 years of experience is 100k-300k.
